Talent Management System (TMS)

Akal Security accepts applications to its Talent Management System (TMS) for positions posted. Current postings may be for immediate vacancies, or anticipated vacancies. Applications are reviewed and considered in the order they are received.

• Guam
• Saipan
• American Samoa

Professional Security Officer (PSO) Qualifications

To assure that your resume is considered, review the Professional Security Officer (PSO) Qualifications below.

First, a candidate must be able to say "yes" to ONE of the following three statements:

• Have three years U.S. Military service; Active, Reserve, or National Guard, or;
• Have three years armed guard experience in the last five years, or;
• Have completed a civilian or military equivalent, POST certified law-enforcement academy.

Then, a candidate must meet all of the following qualifications:

• U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident who is currently a member or has been honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces.
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
• No convictions of any crime designated as that of domestic violence
• Be at least 21 years of age at time of application
