Provided below are tips and summary information to help facilitate a job seekers online application process, which have been excerpted from our User Guide for Job Seekers.

Akal Security accepts online applications to its Talent Management System (TMS) for positions posted. However current postings may be for immediate vacancies, or anticipated vacancies. Applications are reviewed and considered in the order they are received.
To create a new account so that you can apply, first select a job (any job) and begin to apply for it, and you will be taken to a page to create an account.

Please only apply for positions for which you are able to accept employment. Recruiters may only consider applicants specific to each posting, and they are not able to move you to another posting. Local applicants are considered first, generally within a 50 mile radius. State on your resume if you are willing to relocate (unreimbursed) when applying for positions beyond a 50 mile radius of your home address.
If you do not see a job posting for the opportunity you are seeking, the applicant quota may be full or a vacancy does not exist at this time, however it may be posted again. If you would like to be notified by email when a job opportunity you are seeking is posted, create a “Job Search Agent" for one or multiple positions, by following the instructions in section 3.5 of the "User Guide for Job Seekers."

To upload a resume with your online application, follow the instructions in section 4 of the attached User Guide for Job Seekers.
Applications for all positions will expire within one year, or sooner depending on the local hiring practices for the area in which you are applying. It is recommended that you login to refresh your application at least once every six months.
You may confirm that your online application is complete and/or that your resume was uploaded, by following the instructions in section 3.3 and section 4 in the attached User Guide for Job Seekers.

If you have not yet received a response or been selected for interview for the opportunity you are seeking, the applicant quota may be full or a vacancy does not exist at this time, however it may be posted again. If you would like to be notified by email when a job opening you are seeking is posted, create a “Job Search Agent" for one or multiple positions, by following the instructions in section 3.5 of the attached "User Guide for Job Seekers." You may also update your resume (by adding a cover letter or note at the top of your resume) in order to let recruiters know you are still interested in the position. Edit your resume by following the instructions in section 3.3 of the User Guide for Job Seekers. We do not have additional information on the timing of specific vacancies.
